Important date reminders:
August 9th, 2010: Customer Care Center in Morrisville, NC will receive all incoming former Blueslice customers' technical support requests. All CSR handling will be moved from existing CSR Management tool to the Tekelec CSR Management tool integrated in the Tekelec support process. During the period of August 5th, 2010 to August 9th, 2010, access to the CSR Management tool and Customer Zone will be unavailable. If you need to contact and communicate with Blueslice Support Team during this time, please call 888-FOR-TKLC (367-8552) OR 919-460-2150 for all Critical, Major, and urgent issues.
